You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them, without any cost at all (for returns within Greece).
To proceed with a return, you must first inform us by phone at +30 213 0454 922 or via email at hello@lookshop.gr.
Sunglasses
Sunglasses must be in the same condition as when you received them (as new).
The safety tag must not be removed or cut. They must be accompanied by the case, box, cleaning cloth, the authenticity certificate, or anything else included upon delivery.
The sunglasses must not have been worn.
Contact Lenses
Returns/exchanges for contact lenses are not accepted for hygiene reasons if the contact lens boxes have been unsealed or their packaging tampered with.
Special categories of contact lenses, such as astigmatic or multifocal lenses, are also not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Eyeglasses
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for eyeglass lenses that have already been mounted on the frames according to your order.
Return of Parcel
The product you return must be packed in a secure shipping box and accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice, unless you have a gift card for exchange.
Upon receiving the package, we will conduct the necessary checks, and if all the above conditions are met, we will proceed with the product exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the same way you made the payment (card/PayPal) within 2–5 business days from the day we receive your parcel.
In the case of cash-on-delivery, you must send us your bank account details (IBAN from a Greek bank account), full name of the account holder, and the bank name via email.
